Configure boolean options on a dynamic sequence to include or exclude steps, transitions, actions, or branches per instance.
¶ 1. Create and Assign an Option on the Canvas
- Open a dynamic
.seq file in the Sequence Editor.
- Right-click a step, transition, action, or selection of elements.
- Open Option -> New option....
- Enter a Label, Name (for example
bistable), Description, and Default state (ON or OFF).
- Right-click any element and open Option to switch between Present when option is ON (
bistable), Present when option is OFF (!bistable), or Remove from option.
- Click the options pill under the sequence name in the top-right panel.
- Click the eye icon next to any option to preview how the diagram looks when that option is ON or OFF.
- Open
main.machine and select the Instances tab.
- Click Edit Params on an instance row.
- Toggle each option switch ON or OFF for that specific instance.
