AutomationView is available in English, French, German, and Spanish. The German, Spanish, and French language packs are bundled, so you do not need to install anything.
Using the Command Palette:
Ctrl+Shift+P (or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) and run Configure Display Language.The interface language is separate from the export language. The export language sets the language used in generated PLC code and exported files, and is controlled by the automationview.export.language setting. To change it, see How to translate a sequence?.
