Using the User Interface (Button):
Click on the Refresh button at the top of the Equipment Catalog view in the AutomationView sidebar.
Using the Command Palette:
Press Ctrl+Shift+P (or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) and type to Search for AutomationView: Refresh Equipment Catalog.
