Using the Variables view: right-click a variable and select Variable Info to see its details.
Using the Command Palette: press Ctrl+Shift+P (or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) and run AutomationView: Variable Info. If you do not pass a name, a picker lists every variable.
The info dialog reports the variable's name, type, usage context, current value, and - when set - its address and description.
