Using the User Interface (Button):
In the Templates view within the Explorer sidebar, right-click on the desired template and select Apply Template.
Using the Command Palette:
Press Ctrl+Shift+P (or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) and type to Search for AutomationView: Apply Template.
