Using the User Interface (Button):
In the Visual Editor, select one or more steps, right-click, and select the Add Enclosing Step option.
Using the Command Palette:
Press Ctrl+Shift+P (or Cmd+Shift+P on Mac) and type to Search for AutomationView: Add Enclosing Step.
